Mitchell Municipal Group, P.A. is a boutique municipal law practice located in the scenic Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Our practice involves municipalities across the state, from the Connecticut Lakes to the Isles of Shoals.

Our attorneys and staff spend their days in a historic renovated mill in downtown Laconia, a short walk from coffeeshops, bars, and the Colonial Theatre. Or, they hit the road, bound for picturesque New England towns, mountainsides, and seascapes.

Associate Attorney

Mitchell Municipal Group, P.A., a New Hampshire law firm exclusively focused on representing municipal governments, is looking for one or two associates to join our Lakes Region office. Although our clientele is specific, the problems we solve come from a wide variety of intriguing factual and legal situations. No day is like the next.

Our ideal applicants are experienced associates (5+ years preferred) with excellent writing and courtroom skills. Associates at MMG take a practical, common-sense approach to guiding New Hampshire municipalities through the challenges that they face every day, including land use, employment, rules of procedure, litigation, and more. We take pride in our work, and the firm has built strong client relationships over the past thirty years. No book of business is expected. Experience in municipal and/or employment law is preferred.
